Terms of Service

Last updated November 1, 2026. This is a draft pending legal review. It is not a final legal agreement until RentalsOps publishes a reviewed version.

These terms cover use of the RentalsOps website and software by a rental company. Drivers and that company's own customers use the service under the company's account.

A company may start a 14-day free trial with no credit card. After the trial, continued use needs an agreed plan. RentalsOps confirms the monthly fee before anything is billed.

The company owns its customer, job, and invoice data. RentalsOps hosts that data to provide the service and does not sell it.

The company is responsible for its users, for the accuracy of invoices and tax, and for having the rights to the information it uploads.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it for unlawful work.

Either party can end the account. On request, RentalsOps deletes personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, except records that must be kept by law.

The software is provided as available. To the extent Canadian law allows, RentalsOps is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
