Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 29, 2026. This policy covers the RentalsOps website and the Android app Rentals Ops Driver (package com.rentalsops.app).

RentalsOps provides software that rental companies use to run jobs, drivers, and customers. This policy is written in plain English for people in Canada and follows the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

We collect name, email, phone number, job-site addresses, a driver's precise location while the driver is using the app for maps and arrival detection, job photos, driver notes and maintenance notes, and account and login data.

We use this information only to run the app and to manage accounts. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for ads.

Service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, and a maps and routing provider process information only to provide the service. Information is encrypted in transit.

We keep information while the company account is active and delete it on request, except records a company must keep by law. Companies control their drivers' and customers' data. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information.

RentalsOps and Rentals Ops Driver are business tools for adults. We do not aim this app at anyone under 18.
